Where is my order?

At the end of the pre-order window, products will begin to ship in line with the publication date. Unfortunately, due to the nature of global shipping, we cannot guarantee a delivery date but rest assured that This Sweet Cesspool will be on its way.

Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

Yes, please simply email our customer support team and we will cancel your order.

Can I upgrade my shipping?

This Sweet Cesspool will be posted for the publication date and so will be in your hands as soon as possible, with no additional shipping charges.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, please email our customer support team, who will help update your shipping address.

Can I exchange my copy?

Unfortunately, this is a limited run, so exchanges are unavailable. However, if your copy arrives damaged feel free to contact our support team.

Where do you ship to?

We ship everywhere in the world, excluding Ukraine and Russia. However, keep in mind that if you are outside the EU and UK, your local customs office may subject you to additional tax and duties.
